Life can sometimes feel unpredictable. One moment, everything seems stable, and the next, we find ourselves facing challenges we didn’t expect. In those moments of uncertainty, it’s easy to forget that there are promises we can stand on - promises from God that are as unshakable as His character. In Genesis 9:16, God makes a promise to Noah and to all of creation: “Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and all living creatures of every kind on the earth.” This rainbow, after the flood, serves as a reminder of God’s covenant - a promise that He will never again destroy the earth with water. But it’s not just a promise to Noah; it’s a promise to all of creation, spanning time and generations. It’s a promise rooted in God’s unchanging nature and His love for the world He created. God’s promises are not temporary or conditional - they are everlasting. They're not based on our performance or the changing circumstances of life. When He makes a
