Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $14.95 on all orders.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather conditions, etc.). We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Out of Stock Items:

If an item in your order is unavailable or out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

A refund will be issued for the unavailable item, and the rest of your order will continue to be processed and shipped.
In-Store Pickup:

Order Notification: When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification email.

Pickup Timeframe: You must pick up your order within 10 business days from the date of the notification email.

Uncollected Orders: If your order is not picked up within the 10-business day period, your order will be canceled and you will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.
