Have you ever caught yourself wondering how different the world would be if we all loved like Jesus did? I know I have. In our fast-paced world of quick judgments and instant reactions, it's so easy to forget what real love looks like. We scroll past people we disagree with, hold grudges over small offenses, and sometimes struggle to show compassion when it's needed most.
But there's this beautiful passage in Colossians 3:12-14 that paints such a clear picture of what we're called to do:
"Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity."
What strikes me most about these verses is how practical they are. They don't just tell us to "love" - they break it down into actions we can take: show compassion, be kind, p
