Recently, I posed this question to our VIP group that I absolutely love: Imagine a future version of you, 10 years from now, travels back in time to visit you today. They give you a hug, then give you a ZOX that makes you tear up, because the words on it are exactly what you've needed to hear for a while now. What are the words on the inside of that ZOX? Out of the over 500 responses, one theme stood out more than any other to me: Resilience. Webster's dictionary defines resilience as an ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change. That last part is what I think led to this theme being so prevalent in the responses - we're afraid of change, and worried about future misfortunes stemming from past experiences.
